Major Bug and glitch

I was solo queuing and played "black water swamp" - killer " wraith". I went to save survivor in the basement , I got hit and unhooked the teammate. however, when I got downed and hooked by killer in basement. My camera switched to killer perspective immediately. Secondly my hook character look awkward, like incomplete and alot of crow above my head in no time. Killer again smack at me on the weird hook and I got downed again. But I started to levitate and Killer was not able to hook me anymore. Neither was my teammate able to save me. At end , when survivor escape and hatch closed, the end game timing started. At end of the time, I expected to be sacrified by entity, however nothing happened. So it was either killer or I get DC. The killer DC and game ended. I have attached my log file to this. I did not play any further. Also I have video proof.
