Who to lvl up?

So i still dont have all killers on lvl 40 and i dont know what perks are worth getting.

The last guys i still havent lvld up are Fred, Piggy, Plague, Ghost Face, Demo, Oni and Deathslinger.

Just want to know who to lvl up :D

As stated above, Plague has 2 really good meta perks - Infectious Fright and Corrupt Intervention. (Plus you only have to level her up to Level 35 to get both of those perks)

Piggy is a great one too- Make Your Choice is a really good perk for fast downs, provided you have a mobile killer (You get that at Level 40) and her Level 35 perk, Surveillance, is amazing when combined with Hag’s Hex:Ruin.

If you play a lot of Legion, I’d suggest levelling Oni to get his perk, Blood Echo, which works amazing on Legion (Level 35). If you also play Bubba, a really good perk alongside Play With Your Food (From Myers) is Nemesis, which you get from Oni at Level 40.

Ghostface is worth levelling up to 35 too- I’m All Ears isn’t a meta perk but it’s heavily underrated (Lvl 30) but his Lvl 35 perk, Thrilling Tremors is an amazing information and anti-gen perk if you get it to Tier 3.

I would agree that Plague is the best to level up first. Corrupt intervention is a great slow down perk at the start of the game and forces survivors to come towards you. Infectious Fright is amazing on capitalizing on downs and potential slugging potential, especially if your using an insta down killer. I use it on my Myers and capitalize on his tier 3.

Pig next. I feel that pig is under rated. As stated above surveillance and Make your Choice are good perks. Not meta, but pretty consistent. As stated above thought, you do have to be fairly mobile when using them. These two perks have great combo potential with others.

If you find people are getting generators done fast, I would potentially recommend picking up Freddy's perks. Bloodwarden is a fairly good perk, but not unbeatable. It will apply pressure during the end game.

If you are running obsession based perks, pick up Nemesis from Oni.
