PC GUI/UI and HUD broken after patch 4.1.0

All the UI in general on PC is wrongly down scaled, i read about the changes about the UI but i don't think this is normal because you can see the missing parts of the UI, also in game skillchecks are really hard to hit whit this small UI. PLEASE make bigger the UI, im already struggling to see names and other things
Im running the game in windowed mode at 2560x1440 in a 3440x1440 monitor for obvious reason...
