The overheat is barely noticeable

Just played my first 2 games with hillbilly, one add-onless and the other one with punctured muffler + air filter
I did not overheat a single time. You must be using your chainsaw way too much for it to even reach close to maximum overheat. Punctured muffler and air filter make the overheat almost completely non existent.
So yeah. You all probably have not even played billy yet and have jumped to conclusions that he is dead. The only thing that annoys me about him are the new add-ons, but they are probably changing some of them next hotfix so thats cool.
