What does Chainsaw Windows means for chilli addons?

Probably something similar to the "Blink Window" for nurse. Basically when you have to time your button prompts correctly to get maximum time out of the chainsaw extensions, the addons will probably give you extra lee-way when the meter runs out so mis-timing and pre-maturely ending the chainsaw will be less of a problem.
