Billys red addon needs to be leatherfaces instead

Lopro chains should only be one health state IF you broke a pallet in the same charge. Otherwise it should still down healthy survivors.
That's what an actual red addon should be, Lopro is currently garbage

I think they already changed that add-on. It's now working like you say if you read the description in-game now. But i haven't used it, so i can't confirm if the effect is true or not.
