Add-ons for Billy and Bubba not working as the description sais

You changed how some of the add-ons for Billy and Bubba work (specifically the Primer Bulb, Sparky Plug, Long Guide Bar and The Grease for The Cannibal and the Lopro Chains and Mother's Helpers for The Hillbilly). You changed their description but they still work as their previous iteration in-game (e.g. the Primer Bulb and Sparky Plug still increase your movement speed while in Tantrum instead of increasing the recovery).
