Rift has to many recolours...
I don't mind it to much when the free track has recolours but seeing that many recolours in the paid track is not that nice.. And all them wooden charms, it feels like they are just there to be fillers and make the paid track look better..
Idk about you but I don't even find 99% of the charms good to begin with. And on survivors they are way to small

Yeah they need to stop with the garbage wooden recolours.
Nobody uses them, nobody wants them. At most put one wooden one and one iridescent one. The three in the middle, nobody can even tell which one's meant to be more rare than the other.

The battle pass as a whole is a ripoff.

I for one like having access to different versions of unique skins (gas mask nurse, for instance) without having to pay for them. Gives me a reason to play the game more.

I wouldnt say all of the battle pass is a rip off as there are some really cool unique stuff and technically you are getting your moneys worth...but the grind is unbearable

He's mostly referring to those awful charm recolours, not the sets. The recoloured sets are actually pretty nice to get without buying them full price.

No seriously, how does the rift apply anything to dbd’s gameplay?
Hell, the challenges in the rift reduce the grind by alot with it making it easier to get the perks you want.
I seriously want to know how the rift makes DBD worse

I wouldn't say a rip off if you can complete it. I have paid for one rift pass and got every other one for free because of the Auric cells you get in it.

The rift pass is CHEAP. $10 is less than most single skin sets.
I don't enjoy the recolored charms simply because they clog up my inventory and it's lowkey annoying, but I definitely think the pass overall is a good deal and very far from a rip off. If it cost more and you didn't make your cells back, then yeah, an argument could be made that it wasn't that good of a deal, but it only costs $10 and has more than enough good content to be worth that ten bucks you'll be making back anyways, imo

im agree is not very good at all this one. i didnt like the new skins neither, survivors are kind of lame, killers are fine tho but i dont think is worth to pay for something you cant really see (killers skins) so meh. i can spend my shards but not real money on something i cant see.

I looked through the pass. With the exception of the Wraith top-half and weapon: Not interesting. Even the Hag isn't that special.
So it's a no from me. No pressure to do the challenges.
I stumbled upon the cutscenes online.
Meg - Nothing special.
Ace - Tiresome.
Wraith - Genuinely good.
Hag - Slapstick.

While there are some noticeable recolors in this Rift, I think the new cosmetics are pretty sweet!
I agree with the wooden charms being pretty lackluster, and repetitive.

They've always had a bunch of recolours and in most cases they suck. The charms are without a doubt easy filler. Like, who needs 5 versions of the same charm?
