Inner Strength Bug

I play on PC and I used inner strength and left the locker still in the injured state, despite inner strength going off and using the totem. I have a video clip here. This is my third game today and this is the first time that it happened but it's the only time I've seen it after months of running inner strength so I can only assume it's a new bug,
