Backstory: Dr Joseph Wake was not a bad person. He was a unlucky one. Obsessed with H.P Lovecraft and his creatures, he would draw sketches of them, see them in his dream, and saw them as our dark saviour. One day on his drive home from the university, he was caught in a car accident inflicting him with bipolar. Left with nothing but his dark gods, he turned to them, and his dark gods told him to kill, to inflict their pain on those that imprisoned him. He became a serial killer, leaving his mark on everybody he killed. With each kill, with each sacrifice, a bit of his humanity was snipped away, until he was nothing but a vessel of pain and judgement. He died in a police shootout, praying to the Great Old Ones for guidance, and the Entity answered. As blood left his body, the fog reached for him, and the hard concrete of the ground and the squeals and roars of sirens and gunshots was replaced with dust and screeching crows. Rising from the ground, his flesh erupted, becoming dark green and scaly, tentacles ripping from his flesh and his eyes glowing a deep red. He was covered with a cloak, and then silence fell.

Whip claw: The Slumber's main weapon is his mesh of tentacles in his right arm.

Obelisk of Cthulhu: The Slumber has a Alter placed in the middle of the map for him to sacrifice survivors. When a survivor is downed, the alter will rise up and slowly walk towards the survivor, before stopping over their body. The Slumber can also carry and hook survivors onto the Alter, with increased difficulty and penalties for escape, and a faster sacrifice time. Hooked survivors gradually feed the Slumber charges, which when hitting 100 allows Cthulhu to posses the Slumbers body, allowing instant downs, faster movement and the ability to teleport downed survivors to the Alter. The Slumber can also set traps that when triggered inflict the survivor with madness and deep wound. When the mad survivor is downed, they can also be teleported to the Alter.

Sebek's Wrath: The Slumber can temporarily be possessed by the crocodile god Sebek to fly into a feral rage, lunging forward as his arms unravel into dozens of tendrils, each tipped with a single spine, all spinning like a wheel. With his arms spinning nests of sharp tendrils, he will dash forward, in a combination of Oni's demon dash and the Demogorgon's shred. Hitting survivors also inflicts them with madness. After successfully hitting a survivor, the Waker goes into a short recovery state similar to PH punishment of the damned.

Shagtanagotha: The Slumber can pick up the shards of destroyed pallets and have them float around him. When these float around him, Sebek's Wrath is replaced with the ability to launch these shard in a powerful fan of blades.

Appearance: The Slumber had extremely dark and rough blue/green skin, and wears a black robe around his body. His left arm has long, sharp talons on it, while his right is bundle of navy blue tendrils, loosely formed to make an arm. A hood obscures most of his face, but dozens of tendrils make up his lower face, while his upper face is completely hidden in shadow.

Alter Appearance: The Alter appears as a large, stone tree with horn-like tendrils for branches that curl at the end like hooks. It also has horn-like roots that curve upwards. A large stone disk carved full of symbols that when a survivor is hooked will bleed is placed into the middle of the tree.

Unique Perks

Yibb-Tsll: Survivors that take a protection hit gain a Fear Radius while the Killer becomes undetectable. This goes on for 60 seconds.

Mordiggian: The Killer greatly increases the density of the Dark Mist around it and unfinished generators. Survivors working on generators suffer from the blind and oblivous status effect.

Broken Ocean: When breaking a pallet, the Killer will than replace that pallet with a fake one that when dropped will instantly break, revealing the aura of nearby survivors and disabling all vault areas in a certain radius.

Mori Animation: The Waker wraps it's victim in its arm tentacles, then he tears out a chunk of the survivor's insides and uses his mouth tendrils to rip out their neck.

I would love this, since it feels like a good mix of all Lovecraft's best creatures. I love how he looks like a cultist as well, I always wanted one in the game.

Thanks! Do you think it might be a bit broken in terms of power though?

Honestly, his power seems alright aside from what you mean by Madness (I assume it's the same as Doctor's but since it seems to only last for a short duration, how strong is said madness). I feel like it becomes a bit too complex in places, like having a teleport AND madness AND a huge lunge AND a ranged attack as well. Honestly, some of those need to be ultra rares or just cut off from the power, since otherwise it's a bit bloated.

    Now for his perks

Yibb: Hey, we have Forced Penance. This is basically forced penance but different. It's fine.

Mordiggian: Seems niche but would be fun on a stealth killer, actually, if it's a set radius that's constant (i.e not their terror radius), since that could make it hard to see like a crouched Ghostface or Pig.

Broken Ocean: Fun but potentially dangerous. Would probably need to be like a second long breaking animation instead of just making it instant.

Thanks for your insight! I just want to say the madness does not go away after some time. Say, a survivor triggers eyes of Cthulhu, they get tier one of madness. They do it again, they move to tier 2, etc. Then they can snap out of it like with the doctor. The ranged attack is also very circumstantial, since he has to pick up the remains of pallets to use it.
