Skill check's disappeared

Was doing a gen at the building in haddonfield skill check where playing normally half the way on finishing the gen the skill check just dissapeared off screen and and it wouldn't appear you would only hear the skill check noise but not see the skill check itself tried doing a different gen still did the same thing after that was ,I was running inner strength, open handed, bond, and ds will see if it does it again and post it sorry didn't have image since it was instant
