Killer Concept: The Attraction
Name: William Afton (Springtrap)
Power: Blindspots
Springtrap can become invisible and move at high speeds with no collision. This mode can only be activated/deactivated while survivors' cameras aren't on him.
I'll Always Come Back (Perk)
Whenever Springtrap is stunned/blinded, he gains a token, to a total of 2/3/4 tokens. Next time Springtrap kicks a generator, all tokens are used. For each token, an automatic 5% regression occurs.
Just an Attraction (Perk)
Springtrap can move slowly and reduce his terror radius to 20/12/6 meters. Whenever his terror radius returns to normal, all survivors within it scream and reveal their immediate location.
Springlocks (Perk)
Springtrap can set down a springlock trap that can be triggered by survivors stepping on it. Survivors are afflicted with the Deep Wound stays effect when they are hit with a Springlock trap, and have 30 seconds to mend it. Failure to mend in the allotted time results in survivors entering the dying state.
There's been plenty of Springtrap hype lately, and I would absolutely love to see him appear in the game. This is just something I tosses together. Let me know what you think and how it can improve.

First perk is a much weaker PGtW, maybe some other effect could add tokens?
2nd perk is interesting
3rd perk sounds like it should be a power that belongs to a killer rather than a perk
He might need another power on top of super fast speed when not being looked at, as otherwise he’s just a killer with no power during chases

Moving without collision is problematic if he can be deactivated anywhere. First perk looks workable, second perk needs conditions and cooldowns in order to even understand its triggers and limitations, third perk seems more like a power than a perk but I guess it can work as a perk somehow. Interesting proposal overall, there's definitely good material for springtrap that we could use and I definitely think he can work in dbd.
