So...That New Killer-Specific MMR System

So BHVR has said that there's a new MMR system coming that gives each killer their own different MMR. Discounting the new annoying byproduct of not being able to switch killers in a lobby, there's one major problem: Survivors don't have killer specific MMR (at least that I've seen announced, I could be wrong), they just have one singular survivor rating. So every time a new killer is released, rank 20 survivors are going to be bombarded with rank 1s that just unlocked the killer and therefore have no MMR with them, and rank 1 survivors won't see the new killer until players rank up. Hopefully BHVR has a plan for this? Cuz otherwise new killer releases are gonna be bloodbaths.
