Nancy's hook glitch

When Nancy Wheeler is Hooked, she dose not open her mouth to scream and instead of going limp she just look straight ahead. it happens everytime I play as Nancy. not sure when it started but looking at old saved game play, it was not happening on the 15th of July. this is happening on the PS4. I tired other survoirs like Steve and Meg and they open their mouths to scream and go limp. the Picture below is how Nancy looks when she is on the hook.
