New killer: the flute

THE FLUTE

looks: old man with one eyeball other side is just a gap with blood. And a heigh black hat.

weapon: flute with a sharp edge.

terror radius: 15m

flute (sound) radius: 32m

height: without hat: average

With hat: tall

speed 4.4m/s


primary ability: Damaging note:


press the active ability button (Lcontrol) to perform a damaging note. Every survivor within a radius of 8m from the killer will get injured and scream. Revealing their position. (This ability will not trigger dying state). Damaging note has a cooldown of 30 seconds.

secondary ability: music of the deaf.

the flute can choose a generator. The survivors on that generator will hear a loud high note. (This high note will be heard by the choosen generator and the two nearest generators of the chosen one. The effect will only be applied to survivors working on the chosen generator) The survivors working on the generator wont be able to hear your flute radius and terror radius. This effect will apply to them till 15 seconds after they have left the generator. This ability has a cooldown of 10 seconds.

perks:


music hurts: when you have damaged 3/2/1 generator(s) this perk becomes active. when this perk is active. The next survivor you hit (with basic attack or ability) will be applied with the deep wound status effect and have 20 seconds to mend themselves.


silent note: after hooking someone you will be able to see the auras of all survivors (for 4 seconds) within 8/10/12m of you and you will get the undetectable status effect. For 10 seconds


It will be heard: everytime you hook the obsession every other survivor in the map will scream and reveals their position.
