The devs are intending to fix auras as soon as they become worse, but they've ignored colorblindness
colorblind people have suffered in this game for 4 years, the first complaint was only 3 weeks after the game came out and the devs have not cared in the slightest. but when more people care about auras, which aren't even all that the colorblindness affects? they try to fix it as soon as they learn about it. this just shows that the devs do not care about colorblind players, what's even so bad about an "unfair advantage" that everyone can have? if everyone chooses to change t heir scratch marks to white or bright green, then everyone is on the same playing field.
what's so bad about colorblind options that you have to ruin hundreds of people's experiences?

They willl ignore colorblind people simply beceause of """balance""" aka we don't want to find a color that don't give an advantage while helping colorblind people aka we will not win money with this

I don't even see why an advantage is so bad, because if one color is a lot easier to see than any other color, any person could just switch to that color and now they're on the same playing field.

The argument that there are balance issues with aura colors for color blind individuals being too easy to see is nonsensical. If the aura is meant to be seen, then it should be visible; regardless of the color chosen. The baseline visibility should be for colorblind persons.

The reason they're fixing these straight away is because it effects the majority while colourblindness is a minority. Do I agree with this view point? No. But that's what they're doing.

i think you need to make a dlc at 5$ so the dev work on it

Anything that advantages the killer is something that the devs dont really want to implement. Thats what the worry is is that auras will be super easy to read and op.

why not do a ptb to have feedback then, you know like actually testing the stuff

They care so much about balance that they're willing to screw over colorblind players, which is ######### up. We already have people who play on low graphics to give them an advantage in many games, so it's not like people using colorblind options to give them an advantage will be anything new.
