IIRC the in-testing name for Infectious Fright was called something like "######### your pants" according to one of the dev streams. I might be misremembering but I remember them mentioning something like that and I thought it was comedy gold.

Unlocks potential in ones Aura-Reading abilties.
While you are on hook, you display the Killer's Aura to every other survivor who will ignore it anyway and rush the hook. The Aura can be seen within 8/12/16M of the Hook.
If another Survivor is hooked, you will see the aura of the killer within 8/12/16m of the hook, but secretly, you're just using Kindred at this point to watch the Claudette Self-Care 100M away from the Killer and nobody else is going to save the poor hooked survivor!
