Steam, Easy Anti-Cheat won't let me play?

It says that it detected corrupt files or files that don't belong or cheats or whatever, I don't have any kind of cheats and I already tried verifying the integrity of the files on steam and still no luck. Anyone else have this problem? If so how do I fix?
