New Billy addons synergy

So new Billy has 'Apex muffler' that makes chainsaw silent for survivors outside terror radius.

New Billy also has iridescent brick that can make you undetectable and tinkerer makes you undetectable as well.

My question is do these work together? Since being undetectable removes your terror radius does that mean nobody could hear your chainsaw for that time?

Because I'm thinking ninja Billy would be ######### awesome!
