Keys should only work for the person who used it.
I dont see why everyone gets to take advantage of someone else's key...🌟

Pretty much the fix I had in mind. It only works for the person using it and as a downside it will no longer open for the last person. This prevents a 2 escape at the end with it.

No. Do you know how much it sucks as survivor to be left behind?
You can have 3 survivors, 1 gen to go. Gens fairly spread out. Easily doable. But one coward keys out without waiting for anyone else and that really hurts the other two survivors. Solo sucks for this.
They either need to do the gens themselves or more often than not the killer closes the hatch and gets NOED (they always have NOED) and one or both of the remaining survivors are going down to it.
Keys need a total rework rather than a single survivor limitation. They screw other survivors not just killers.

The same way it sucks for 3 to escape when you did your best against fairly good players that managed to get 4 gens done and there is 1 that guy that got sacrificed. It does suck to get the stuff robbed off of your face.
Tbf, if one jerk wants to escape he will do it anyway leaving the other or others behind.

love this idea, one snag.
achievements.
one of them requires all 4 survivors to escape using the hatch from a single key. your key.
consoles are notorious for being obnoxious as ######### to change achievements on.

Exactly keys screw killers and solo survivors.
imo keys should be more common but only to open the hatch after the killer has closed it for the last survivor because right now the endgame is as dull as Legion. I know most killer mains here though would be against that.

Pink: you can start killing after you hooked each survivor that is in the trial at least once
Green: after you hooked a person twice can be morried
Yellow: tbf, make this base kit, if you're the last one, let's be honest, you're gonna die anyway, might as well have the animation

Why does mori need to be nerfed? It's not like you hook 1 person and can mori everyone else..you have to have hooked each individual...

I'd do this
Pink Key: opens the hatch for 30 seconds... then closes starting end game
Purple Key: Opens the hatch for 15 seconds... then closes starting end game
Green key: shows the aura of hatch when it spawns but can't open it

But.. If it's my third hook and I can give my key to another survivor since I didn't have a ward, I'm not allowed to give it to anyone in advance? Especially if they would be the only one left? It gives them a chance to go against noed (if it's standing) but to get out if the doors spawned super close.
