Randomly disconnected issue

Description: The game crashes out of nowhere and then kicks me out back onto title screen, I press continue then ot proceeds to give an error pop-up which I've never actually read before, then i get kicked out again. Clicking continue again allows me into the game the second time, but now ever since the new reactivation of dc penalties, the game thinks i rage quit and it locks me out of matchmaking. The more this happens, the more time is added on to my penalty. Im now at 1hr worth of penalty time and this starting to get on my nerves and the game won't be playable for me because of this.
It occurs multiple times a day.
