Unfair Disconnect Ban
I have been playing DBD for 3 weeks long and rarely disconnected from matches.
Actually, my internet is not the best one. It get down many times a day and sometimes I get disconnected from the game due to it.
Today, I was playing with my friends in a match when the killer was AFK apparently and When I was almost opening the last gate my friends and I were disconnected and I came back with a time penalty of 30 minutes.
I do not know what is going on, but I truly do not want to receive a forever ban due to my disgusting internet issues.
I would like to receive an answer from a representative urgently because I want to resolve that problem as soon as possible.

they wont do anything for bad internet. They essentially said if your internet is bad and you dc you will get the penalty anyway. The system is not designed to decipher deliberates DCs from lag outs so you will be penalized either way. You should probably get on you ISP to fix the problem with your internet so you don't have to deal with it.
