Step 1 : Equip charge recovery reduction addons (Primer Bulb, Spark Plug)

Step 2 : Activate chainsaw sweep and run into something, causing tantrum

Step 3 : Get stunned during tantrum. Enduring not necessary but helpful

Step 4 : GO FAST for the tantrum's normal duration

Movement speed is increased by charge recovery reduction addons and chainsaw sweep speed addons. Duration is increased by increasing tantrum duration, e.g using more sweep charges.
