Is Soul Guard already meta?
Hello. I've heard so much about how SG will be a new meta. Especially when it comes to SWF. I don't see it very much so I wonder if it's a strong perk or if this perk is hard to practice in the game.

I'd say for solo definitely not, but swf can do some ridiculous stuff with it.

I saw some fun videos and tried it. I think out of 8 games, there was one enduring hit that just got me to be the killer's main focus. I never got up due to the cursed part of it.

I ran the build Unbreakable, DS, Soulguard and Ironwill quite a lot a week or 2 ago. It is a very good build for aggressive playstyles because if you get downed after being unhooked you still feel very safe, as long as you have enough time on DS left. If the killer comes for me, I'll either use DS or use Unbreakable + Soul Guard to get away. In fact, I would sometimes purposefully get downed faster, because I would still have all the perks at my disposal, whereas if I stalled another 20 seconds, I wouldn't.
There have been some intense situations where I've actually felt more safe dying on the floor and have waited before lifting myself up. This is because of Soul Guard.
I believe that If DS gets nerfed so that it deactivates when survivors go in a locker, Soul Guard, Unbreakable and DS combo will become meta. Killer can still stand over you and wait for DS to run out, but you can use Soul Guard to get away.

i find it fun to use soulguard with flip flop, unbreakable and boil over for some incredibly annoying "ha ha you cant keep me down" runs.
