Crashing

in some matches, my game frozes for about 3 seconds or more and then I just disconnect from the match. In the chat hapears a message saying match server unavailable (or something like that), I don't get bloodpoints, I don't get xp, I usually don't lose rank and I get the archive. However, when I come back to the lobby, I get a temporary ban from matchmaking for disconnecting from a match, is this happening to someone else or is it just me? maybe it's because I play on a toaster and I have to play with everything on low and 0 graphic resolution to get 30 fps.

    It hasn't happened to me but it's probably because we play on different platforms
