Forum search bar and link to “example of bug report” not working

I’m attempting to post a bug in your game but wanted to search to see if anyone had posted about it already (as instructed). The search bar takes me to an error message (first picture). I’m using Google Chrome as the browser on my iPhone to access this website.
I don’t know where to report bugs on your website but figured you’d want to know.
I also went to the “example of how a bug report should look” link and it said “page not found”.
