Different Animations
Add certain animations be random events, like survivors tripping, killers brandishing their weapons at survivors.
such as like, you're working on a gen and you take your hand away just to flick it in the air for a few moments, oil leaks onto the floor, fire comes out of a piston.
Running and looking behind you will make you trip forward, vaulting can have a random direction of the feet.
Dropping pallets can make the survivor examine their hands for splinters.
Killers drop their weapons when stunned, play something related to the killer (vomiting, dropping a hatchet).
Completing a gen will have survivors do a little celebratory pose.
Killers licking their weapons after a down.
Just so much can be done just to add a little more life to the game, that I dont think would be to hard to implement. Along with that, they would just outright replace the current animations, but have a chance the play each time.

naw, they are currently looking into it, give em about 3 updates to add it, then another to break it :)
