Demogorgon Teleport Glitch

So I was about to down the other two survivors that ran away, I decided to teleport and when it brought me back into the map, I was stuck inside of a bale of hay, I couldn't put down another portal or jump/slash my way out of the situation, so I just sat there till the other two managed to escape.
I didn't get more than this screenshot, so hopefully it's enough to help or maybe it's known about.
