Wool Naragi Jacket not rendering in game (jake cosmetic)

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play public match
Step 3 : In-game meet a Jake wearing the Wool Naragi Jacket
Step 4 : Notice his upper body is transparent and he is only legs and a floating head
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played - Feng Min, Wraith, Leatherface
- Maps - Badham preschool (unknown varient), Lampkin Lane, Father Campbell's Chapel
- Frequency of the issue - Seems constant for that cosmetic as of patch 4.1.0
- Jakes Wool Naragi Jacket renders properly in game lobbies and in the post game screen. Its only in a match that it seems to be transparent.
