Can someone explain Demogorgon’s power to me
So I get the gist of it, you place the portals down and you can teleport to them, the part I don’t get is why I can’t see survivors nearby them, I’m holding down the ability button but nothing Comes up even if they are on a generator, I know they are near the portal because I place them directly next to gens, and even when I’m holding down the button they finish the gen so they are in the “close proximity” range to it. Am I doing something wrong here and can somebody point it out.

From what I'm aware they practically have to be on it for you to see it. Additionally, from what I'm aware and someone do correct me if I'm wrong, the portal has to be active (as in you have reported to it once).

When you place down a portal it'll be invisible to survivors. It'll only become active when you use it once. You only see killer instinct when it's open and survivors can interact with it when its open.

Yes portal has to be active and the range is extremely small. They basically have to be on it.

Jeez, might as well not show anything at all in that case, the portals aren’t hidden by any means. I hope they consider raising up that range just a tiny bit, might make Demo more useful to play since his teleporting is pretty much a guessing game at that point when there is less than 3 gens done. Unless I’m playing him completely wrong.

When I play Demo I usually hid my portals in areas survivor dont look at so I can get some sneaky hits. The only time I check to see if someone is near my portal is if I cant find people or everyone is dead and im hoping last survivor might walk by one of them.

You could also run ruin and Surveillance then youll know where to teleport
