So for how long does the Hindered Status Effect linger? 2 seconds or 2.5 seconds?

THe hindered status effect lasts for 2.5 seconds the afflictions that is being mentioned is the blurred vision.

Yea, I thought about that too, but in the "afflictions" table they mention the movement speed aswell.

What I meant is you suffer from hindered after you leave the cloud
