How is MMR going to work with Red rank MMR and Brown Rank MMR SWFs
I haven't seen anything posted on how it will work. If it isn't handled different than the ranking system now then how will it change anything?

I cant say anything for sure, but I would assume that their "average" mmr decides who they play against. Its gonna be their overall success or lack there of that decides who they play against. So if they usually play against red ranks and lose (3-4 of them die), then they might face purple killers. If they face brown killers and win big (all 4 escape) then they might face green rank killers. Where as if only 3 escape vs brown killers, they might face yellow killers. Im assuming that depending on their average succes vs certain killers its gonna try and face them vs killers that fit similar succes ranges.
Rank colors are only used in this example to make it a bit easier to understand what I mean. Its gonna try and get them to face killers that have a fighting chance against their overall team. So if they continue to beat what would be considered a purple or low red rank killers, then they would continue to face better and better killers. That at least is probably the idea.

Honestly they should face the highest MMR in the group, SWF gives way too much of an advantage otherwise.
