PC - Pyramid head stuck?

While Playing in a public match as Pyramid head, I hooked a survivor (not caged) and imdetly used rights of judgment to mark the ground around them. I could not get out of rites and ventually I coulnt move but I could still basic attack.
The map I was on was Lerey's insitute and I was using the perks death bound, forced penance, hex:ruin and spies from the shadows.
