Billy's Add-On Problem, what can be done?

So, as of the latest mid-chapter both Billy and Bubba obviously got reworks. One of the reworks is awesome, heavily favored by the community, and praised.

The other (Billy) seems less so. His add ons are not great, his new power limit doesn't do anything really(nor should it!), and overall he's just slightly weaker, which is fine, but the way it was handled is poor.

I don't speak for the entire community. But I hope we can all agree, that some of these add ons are just...beyond awful. It's fine to have a few bad add ons, but not when over half of them are that or just memes.

So, the devs have shown us before that they are WILLING to re-rework a killer super shortly after releasing the rework. They did this with doctor. So first of all, what needs changed?

I'm not a dev, and once again I am not the whole community. But first of all overheat add ons. They are almost useless, they do basically nothing. They need a re-rework to do something, even if it's tiny! A tiny, yet useful and plausible effect.

The tuned carburetor, is a huge meme. The charge time reduction is minimal for the huge price you pay of 5% reduced speed. Make it do something else, make the charge time reduction 5% if you want, but remove that awful downside.

Lopros chains, honestly, do survivors ever path directly forward after dropping a pallet? Plus, if I see a Billy rev I'm likely going to just keep running the loop and avoid their curve if possible.

There are also some fantastic add ons, though. The Apex Muffler, the iri brick (2 seconds version), and the collision zone one are all super unique and I'm way into the idea.

Billy's not in the spot I'd like to see him in personally, and I'm sure a lot agree. Hopefully he can be looked at again, with love, Foxy.
