to those in after game chat who are outright harassing the killer / bullying belittling

alright so i just had a game as clown for a daily. now this guy proceeded to harass and belittle me for my profile picture now thats not the issue. they all escaped so why the need aside from all the flashlight clicking teabagging and thinking your a god then to top it off after all that saying typical nerd bullied. a question to those of you who do it why do you do it. also next time before you do take a good hard look at yourself and think to not ######### talk people like that for no reason whatsoever in the after game chat. now to those of low self esteem you might do that to it may affect them differently so learn not to ######### do it. this communities toxicity is off the charts.

if those of you who read this too think oh that reminds me of me something i did. think of the other person on the other end the killer is a person not a bot. so have some human decency and dont be such a toxic online wannabe bullying nasty prick that is all. because frankly its sickening. the killer isnt a bot so think about that for future reference.

im thick skinned but yeah it did hit a nerve. but what about those who are not as thick skinned as i am whos just been stressed out and irritated or to top it off you say crap like that. and you dont know whats going on in their life and you abuse them with crap. before that i had a game as trapper. and they was calling me a fat ######### and other stupid words. now that doesnt phase me as im not fat lol. ive played alot of dbd this hits home to where i think i had enough to where something needed to be said. so to the survivor community. respect killers more and dont abuse them for no reason. they are ######### people remember that like i said above not BOTS! i play survivor too and i never abuse the killers theirs just no need for it.

    Both sides are equally as bad - you can hide chat but this is no place for this kind of thing, hide chat and report it.

    well. no we cant because in this case it was just the survivors. i never speak or i say gg but i get insults even if they all escape. sure it should not be both sides but its usually from my point of view survivors doing it to the killer ..... !

    Nurse seemed pretty chill despite an obviously very rough match until you took a shot at his loadout. 

    Wraith gets run for 5 gens and gets immediately hit with the most obnoxious Survivor meme ever. 

    Not saying their actions are justified, but it sure is hard thank someone after they ######### you and rub it in your face a bit.

    It's also quite hilarious how you try to debunk Marth's experiment and play the in the same manner as they did.

    I am in total agreement.  No point in arguing about what arbitrary group is worse, let's all just make it a point to 1) Report it every time and 2) not respond in kind and become a part of the problem.

    I accidentally bullied a killer earlier using DS/Adren (one of a handful of times I EVER use DS) and a flashlight. I was spec'ed to face a rank 1 killer, and they at least know how to deal with that build. But no it was a rank 16 baby Huntress. I felt really bad because that's really unfair to her. Had I not brought my only green flashlight I woulda let her kill me at the end of the game.

    Will never understand how players get enjoyment out of beating players that are obviously inexperienced.

    I really wish people would stop that on both sides because I had played a game against a pretty decent huntress and did one bad save (and I knew it was desperate and bad) on a David, who was chill in the chat until the other teammate they were in SWF with came into the chat, and they started to scream that I was horrible and boosted for one bad save.

    Personally I try really hard not to harass people in end game chat just because I hate when it happens to myself and its really not worth it on either side.

    Also, implying no killers partook in this is ridiculous. Not everyone that watches Noob3 is a hardcore survivor main.

    well its funny the person harassing me was a streamer too when i was doing my daily as clown. like i say this community is the most toxic. it really is ######### up when you cant even play this game mod or not part of the community otherwise without being harassed just because well i dont even know the reasons why people do it i cant make sense of it. but then i just play my games and go onto the next one but then im not a kid might be a factor in it. and my mentalities different to just say gg

    yeah theirs some games im annoyed as a survivor or if i get tunneled. but you know what. i just say nothing and i leave the lobby its called self control. plenty here need to gain some of that and learn it. it isnt that hard. because i remember i know what its like as i play killer. i had a game where a survivor a random started to abuse the killer and i stepped in said leave the killer alone i play killer too they was just doing their job cant win them all ....

    And can you do me a favor and explain to me what this whole "tunneled" thing is? A killer hit you, did their job and they're just supposed to leave you alone for the rest of the match? A killer can't do their objective because what, feelings?

    How many times have you been scared off a generator? Did you refuse to go back and finish it for fear of "tunneling" it?

    This is the problem. Survivors playing a game where a killer is trying to kill you and having to adhere to all these made up rules?

    Why do survivors tunnel hook rescues? Move on to another target.

    Why do survivors tunnel the exit gates? Move on to the other door.

    This entitlement that a killer is supposed to not do their objective but you can do yours is the issue.

    i mean its a part of the game i accept it. but yeah it can be frustrating example. found because the killer spawned near me and i got chased the whole game while everyone did gens lol. thats being tunneled to the death ie not giving up or going to find someone else just bad luck of the game i suppose. my point is i dont abuse the killer for it. i just deal with it and move on. others dont they just abuse the killer instead

    I try to not let post game salt cows get to me but I'll be honest that while I mostly get crap in chat while playing as a Killer so I tend to favour playing Survivor.

    But when I do go as Killer and I see someone with a twitch addy as their name I roll my eyes because this is either going to be a bullyfest OR I'm going to do well and get called all manner of names after. XD

    Edit: Most people are lovely, tho. Just when the poop comes flying there really isn't much of a rhyme or reason for it.

    I am a survivor main and played this game more than 900 hours and have never ever seen a killer telling survivors to get cancer and die because they looped him.

    Killers complain a lot even more than survivors, I can't say they don't. However, they at least blame the game for being unbalanced etc. Survivors just insult killers because they don't like the way they play.

    Actually it isn't the issue though. The issue is survivors have moved the goal post so far breathing on them is considered "toxic"

    Show me killers coming to forums calling escaping toxic. Or calling doing gens toxic.

    A killer hunting, hitting, downing, sacrificing is the game. But survivors have forced this narrative that if you hit one you casn't hit them again for another hour or you're "tunneling" It's insanity.

    I don't want to argue or create even more toxicity, but if you look around the forum there are silly threads coming from killers as there are for survivors, killers that don't come here to whine mean they have half a brain, same goes for survivors, but such good/kind players are the minority, that means you'll often see your usual toxic killer/survivor

    Killers on average complain about substantive issues. Complaining about why scratch marks are broken or why SWF with voice chat is broken or why Wraith and Freddy suck and why things never get fixed in a timely fashion vs "Nerf (insert killer name here)" "He camped me" "He tunneled me" "He didn't respect the 4%"

    The core argument for a vast majority of killer complaints is balance the game. Why should only one side of this game be meaningful and enjoyable while the other side is a laborious slog through misery.

    If people can't see the difference then this is preposterous

    How are scratch marks broken if i might ask?

    Yeah man, i don't know, they need to implement a better report system or something and a filter for bad words, i'm sorry to hear such behaviour from Survivors, we're not all like this

    This has been the weirdest complaint I have seen across the community. "Stop trying to kill me".. really? That's what we are upset about.. the killer... killed you? I agree there are some mechanics that I absolutely think are anti-fun but getting upset that a killer... killed you?? In a game where the killers goal is to.. kill you.

    If "tunneling", "looping", 360, flashlight clicking, or whatever else mechanic the killers and survivors use to win are bad then complain to the devs, don't be toxic to your fellow DBD players for not following these non-rules, raise issues with the devs about it instead.

    TLDR; Stop being toxic on both sides, let the devs know about a mechanic you think is not fun.

    So many say they were bullied by the survivors , when the survivors only did what they have to do to survive, that it kinda makes me doubt what they say unless I see some video proof of said "bullying".
