Territorial Imperative Rework

Territorial Imperative is a very incomprehensible perk, which is probably needed in 1 situation out of a possible 100, and I would like to improve this perk to make it more interesting, dangerous and popular.
Territorial Imperative
You have mastered the entity and now it helps you in restraining the survivors.
When a Survivor enters the Basement and you are more than 48 meters from it, Territorial Imperative activates.
When Territorial Imperative activates, you hear an audio clue and the Entity blocks Basement passage for 15/17/20 seconds and Survivors' Auras are revealed to you for 5 seconds.
When you hit someone in the basement while the perk is active, the timer before opening the passage is reduced by 5 seconds.
Territorial Imperative has a cooldown of 100/90/80 seconds.

Before I opened the thread, I had assumed it was written by an angry survivor that's begun to be frequently basement insidious camped and I lol'd. Then I realized it's somebody who would like to be able to basement camp by proxy, which sounds like a fun idea with something like demogorgon to me.
