PC - After opening Rift, my bp recovered despite the fact that I spent them

DESCRIPTION

• Description of the issue
After I spent my blood points on Leather Face I opened the Rift and they returned. After I spent them again I was kicked off from the character menu to beggining screen
• Steps to reproduce (if possible)
1) Spent BP on character
2) Then opened the Rift
3) Spent BP which returned again
4) Wait until you will be kicked off from character menu
• How often does this occur
It happned only once. And after I earned new BP it stopped
I want to ask the question. Will I be banned for that error ?
