PS4 - Stuck in tractor after a Mori

Was playing on Rancid Abattoir as Spirit. Chased a Survivor up one of those big tractor/baler farm machines. He vaulted the one side that leads down onto the metal block bit. I was able to hit him and down him from the ground level, and the Mori icon popped up.
Note, he's still on the box and I'm on the ground. Instead of going all the way around to get up to him I decided to save time and just do the Mori from there, since it was already popping up. After the Mori ended, however, I was trapped inside the middle of the box.
