MMR still “Weird”
I’m a rank 1 survivor, rank 1 killer...have been for years. While I acknowledge rank doesn’t accurately measure skill level, I am most definitely better than a very new to the game Rank 20 opponent.
MMR places me consistently with newbie players that simply just do not have the experience yet on both sides.
This is worse for killer. I’ve had 1 green rank and a handful of red survivors when I’m killer, the heavy majority being ranks 16-20. These are definitely new players, you can tell by their playstyle (allowing 1 hook kills, no looping, bad pathing, etc.). Being the nice guy I am sometimes, I do enough to try to safety pip then let them all go (besides the ones that were unfortunately 1 hooked to death).
Nothing about these games would be fun to my opponents, they simply have no business being matched up with someone like me. A more tryhard may show no sympathy and just annihilate them, resulting in a frustrating gameplay experience from these new players that will in all likelihood push them away from continuing to play this game.
While I know this is new, I won’t completely crap on it. However, I am suggesting some type of time stamp be used for players under 25 hours of gameplay time. They should be facing opponents that are equally at their experience level if they’re new...let them learn together.

Same here, although I've only played a couple of survivor matches. So, I speak more for killer.
My matches kept getting easier. I played almost exclusively Myers since a little before the update, except for dailies.
Despite stomping players who clearly have no idea how the game works, I keep getting matched with them.
Rank might not measure skill, but there's absolutely no reasonable justification for 1.5k hours rank 1 killer like me to be constantly matched with rank 20s with one perk and players with less than 100 hours.
Especially, considering that I'm riding a streak of well more than the required games for my Myers mmr to settle.

Me i have the other side, i have 3 "Main-Killers" an on the 13th i go ever out with 10/8 Rank. So i think iam not Pro but iam not bad too because i play all 2 or 3 days for a bit. Yesterday with my Mains 8 Games and i have become just Grey/Yellow Ranks (tow times i have had tow games a violett one in). Thats a bit boring on this point i though OK maybe i have the chance to learn one of the killer with not so much experience and i have choose the nurse! I played her 3 or 4 times (just level up her for the perks) AAAAND jep 4 Man Tryhard SWF Red 1 and 2k+ hours Playtime. 4 games Red/Tryhard/SWF
hmm... so really maybe iam stupit but i dont see any point in this?
