Collection only shows current Tome 4 journals, unable to access prior tome collections

• Description of the issue
When looking back at the old Tome 1 through Tome 3 tabs in the Archives, if I click on the Collections book icon to read one of the journal entries from a prior Tome the collection instead always shows the current Tome 4 entries. For example, instead of Tome 1's collection showing its entries for Trapper, it only has the Tome 4 entries for Hag, etc.
• Steps to reproduce
1) Click on the Archives on the home menu
2) Click on the Compendium menu at the top of the screen
3) Click on the Tome 1, Tome 2 or Tome 3 book to open that tome's compendium. (They all have this problem.)
4) Click on the Collection icon on the left side of the screen to view journal entries.
At this point you should now see the journal entries for Tome 1, 2 or 3 that you selected in step 3) above. However instead it is always showing the journal entries for the current Tome 4 (i.e. Lisa Sherwood, Ace Visconti, etc).
• How often does this occur
Always occurs currently. I have quit and restarted the game, tried all three of Tome 1, 2 and 3, and also tried entering the Archives via the Killer screen using the Challenge Selection option, there don't appear to be any workarounds.
