Ranking?
My rank hasn't been moving at all and at first I'm like yeah okay I'm a crappy Player but I've been getting really good at playing to the point where I win almost every match now so shouldn't my rank be lowered? The lowest it's ever gotten was to 16 it went to 15 for a few seconds but went directly back to 16. A friend of mine is now a lower level than me even though he dies every match so is their something I'm not getting here lol.

Rank is based on how you do in four categories, after a game you can click to the emblem medal screen and hover you mouse over the four medals to see exactly what you gained and lost points for during the match. That should give you some insight into what you might or might not have done that kept you from gaining a pip toward the next rank.
