Please Get Rid of the MMR System

I do not have many concerns with this game. However, the one real concern I have is a huge issue. I should not as someone with over a thousand hours as killer face people on their first game. I legitimately am left with the decision to play bad to give people a better experience and try new things, or just dominate and leave them ruined. Either way, I feel that I am losing skill in this game. As a Rank 1 survivor, I am facing new killers or those with only 200 hours. This is just an awful gaming experience right now.This system needs to be changed, it is unfair to survivors and killers both.
