A challenge for skilled players during this mmr nightmare

A lot of survivors who belong to red ranks like myself are getting paired with new players. So for those red ranks why dont you run no mither like myself to give newer players a fighting chance.

As for red rank killers getting paired against new survivors, maybe take off your op builds and try some fun experimental builds, or totem only builds.

Sure some matches. The ranks will be where they should and you might get demolished but if you know your consistently facing players well below your skill level then please join me in trying to not absolutely destroy there chances at enjoying the game.

Just a suggestion/ challenge that I've been doing..

Okay maybe not No Mither but experementing with other builds doesn't seem too bad.

It's a shame I seem to be the only person with functional MMR (most of the time, anyway) and get a lot of rather competitve players.

40 percent of my matches are right but about 60 percent are rank 19 or 20.

Im trying to learn Oni during it and its not going well. I get high rank sweat squads. But then i switch to Pyramidhead and i can go get a cup of coffee and still end up with no gens done

I understand that people are wanting to be nice to the lower ranks that they're getting paired with, but the best thing you can do right now is to just thoroughly stomp the players you're up against. That way, the MMR can actually see that you're doing too well against lower ranks and try and put you up against higher ranks where you belong. I myself played three Pyramid Head games, easily beat the tan/green ranks I was up against, and then my games after that were against actual red ranks like myself.

I know it feels bad to stomp newer players, but it has to be done to actually calibrate your MMR properly. If you just keep being nice to lower ranks and not playing your best, it'll think that you SHOULD be against the lower ranks.
