Years worth of progress gone after sync error!

I was just levelling one of my killers and I got a sync error, which threw me back to the title screen. I think I have lost possibly years worth of progress here because all my killers are level 1 with no prestige, I had most of them at P3 with all perks. It looks like my store purchases are still there, including the crowns I got in the most recent event but if all my progress is gone for good I can honestly say 100% I will not be returning to play this game again. Devs, please help!

I've restarted my game multiple time and I am stuck with this older version of my account.

    11 days and still no solution from BHVR.

    I think they may have piled this in with all the other sync error tickets, not realising I have actually lost all my progress, prestige, perks, addons etc?

    I lose my progress sometime ago too , when i sent a ticket to customer support they asked me for some info about my account then at 2 or 3 weeks i logged into my account and i had a lot of bloodpoints to recover my progress in the game , so probably u just have to be patience they give u the bloodpoints when they can confirm u lost ur progress and how many hours u have in the game.

    Anyway i hope they solve ur problem as soon as possible =).

    It seems like a common issue though, common enough to be on the support database so you would think BHVR would have more standard advice/comms on what I can and cannot do during their investigation. Is it okay to carry on playing? Should I leave my account alone, not play until it is fixed? Will I get my stuff back or do I get BP? They have offered nothing at all, just that they are looking into it.

    They could do a lot more than radio silence for weeks and then one day I log on and see my BP. I can't help but think I would be treated a lot differently if I was a DBD streamer with this issue.

    Can someone at BHVR please get their act together and look at this issue? Someone at DBD support just sent me a message saying "here is 250k BP for the sync errors" and marked the case as "solved".

    Nothing about this case is solved, all my progress is still wiped and I cant gain new perks in the blood web for my survivor.

    Now I have to create a whole new case because no one at DBD support actually read my error description, didnt look at my logs? They have done nothing but treat this as a standard sync error case.

    CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS!?

    We complain about BHVR not fixing things and we are told to get in touch with support, support has completely failed to do anything with this case at all and now marked it as solved.
