Demogorgon Portal Bug Hakins

I didn't manage to take a screenshot, but while playing Demogorgan, I was traversing the abyss to a portal on the upper part of the Main portal room in Hakins Lab, and when emerging out of the portal the screen was black and i could not see anything, eventually after moving a round a bit i could see i was above the map stuck. I could not place a portal to escape and the survivors ended the game.
