The hell happened to the matchmaking?
Been a couple years since I've been a regular player of DBD. Couple days in since returning and every game I've had has heen grossly imbalanced.
I just played one as killer (rank 19) against survivors ranked 1,3,5, and 8. Followed up by a game as survivor (also rank 19) where my team were ranked 2,5 and 6 and the killer was rank 1.

Matchmaking has been borked since 2019 so they added a MMR system yet haven't given details on how it works or calculates the rating.

They've added a different matchmaking system, however, apparently multiple mods have stated that it is not working as intended and is being fixed asap

Basically, a cat died. Said cat was put in a bag and then beaten. The resulting mush was then fed to a starving dog that regurgitated the mess due to said dog being overheated from playing sweaty swf games.
