New Killer Idea (The Magician)

Please feel free to give me feedback. Being a little harsh is also ok :) .


Weapon:

  • The killer’s weapon will be a Magicians staff with a large ball on top with smaller red and blue orbs rotating inside the larger ball. It will have a wooden staff to hit the survivors.

Power:

  • The Killer can spew fire onto the ground and at survivors the fire can injure the survivor but cannot put them in the dying state. Putting a dropped pallet on fire will break it after 5 seconds.
  • The Killer can switch between magic mode and attack mode
  • Magic Mode – The killer can access fire and ice in this mode, giving the killer the ability to spew fire on the ground (By blowing over the orbs), or ice to block off vaults (not pallets) and survivors walking or running on ice gives a 25% speed penalty. In addition he will be able to spew ice on generators, giving survivors a 50% reduction to repair progress for 10 seconds.
  • He can switch between the attack and magic modes freely. 

Attack to Magic – he goes to the ball (on top of his staff) and places fire in one hand and ice in the other and puts the staff on his back. With a slight speed penalty.

Magic to Attack – He will clap his hands together and there will be steam from the 2 elements colliding, and he will pull his staff off his back, and hold it again with the 2 orbs in the ball. With a slight speed penalty.

Switching Fire to ice – He will transfer them from hand to hand. He will do this at no speed penalties.


Perks:

  • Earthborn - Upon ending a chase, all the survivors that were not in the that chase will have their auras revealed to the killer for 2/4/6 sec, and with a cool down of 30/30/30 sec.
  • Reverse Phycology –For every generator completed by the survivors the survivors running speed is slowed down by 0.5/1.0/1.5 %.
  • Irritating Temptation –For every time a survivor blocks off a vault location all available vaults within 20/25/30 meters will be blocked for 15 sec, this perk has a cooldown of 30/20/10 sec.

    I liked this idea, but the Ice feels overpowered, just removing the "survivors can only walk on it" would make it better.

    The perks needs some tweaks

    • Earthborn - just put, 30 of cooldown across the tiers.
    • Reverse Physiology - super OP, it can only reduces 1,5% at tier 3, or else it would became strong.
    • Irritating Temptation - It's rare for survivors to block windows so tokens would be very limited, even more with this unnecessary penalty, also something like this wouldn't come or else it would break everything when stacked with Brutal Strength/Fire Up/ Iron Maiden.
