After game feedback?

is the aftergame feedback even doing something? i use it as much as i can, after almost every match. i even try to rank other survivers if i can and play as a surviver. but it doesnt feel like its doing anything. i think the game should keep survs and killers with a bad rating away from those wwith good rating. thats exactly who rating works, isnt it? i mean the rating is ecspacialy for players behavior, not for theire performance. if a player behaves good, more games for him. if a player tea baggs or tunnels, look him away to the other scum. but i dont feel like thats ever happen.
