Is there a list of requested/denied killers from DBD

I was wondering if the devs had a public list or if one was leaked of killers DBD wanted to put in the game and have been denied
Like Mickey mouse jk , but like Jason , the blob etc
Or maybe even just straight up ignored
I believe I heard that Jason has like a standing request like they want him in the game but the license owners are being lame
IMO I think Slenderman could be a cool killer
