Grabbing glitch

I was playing wraith and chasing a David.He got in the locker as ı was going for a lunge attack.He got in the locker as ı missed my attack then jumped when I was on missed attack cooldown.Then while he was jumping inside the locker ı went for a grab.Then ı got glitched.The game showed me the icon that ı was carrying a survivor, but ı couldnt hook him.I stayed like that the whole game and ı couldnt search lockers,cloak,pick up survivors,vault windows,damage generators.And when I swing for an attack the David will fly and look as he got grabbed for a second.And ı gave away the game that ı was actually winning.There are a lot of bugs about getting grabs on survivors,so please try to fix these grab bugs as soon as possible.
